DELIVERY

We use high quality and reliable delivery partners with experience in delivering high value, delicate items. Standard delivery quotes are for curb side delivery.

Delivery charges are estimates only. In some cases, there will be additional costs and fees involves, which will be clarified with you.

For orders outside of the UK, additional costs including import duties and taxes may be incurred.

Please note, you are responsible for ensuring that items can be delivered to your property and room of choice with safe and reasonable access.

RETURNS

For in stock items please email info@frdltd.co.uk within 28 days of receipt with your name and order number. Please return the item in the original packaging and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided the items are returned complete and in perfect, resaleable condition.

Faulty items can be returned within 28 days of receipt. Please take care to read any care instructions included with your item and we recommend checking your order as soon as it is delivered to ensure items were not damaged during transit. A full refund will be provided if the item is deemed faulty.

Please note that we cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate care instructions have not been followed and damaged to the product is clearly caused by wear and tear and/or misuse.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and remain responsible for all returned goods until they are delivered to our premises. It is recommended that that a proof of purchase certificate is obtained when returning any part of an order.
